Shipping policy

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship purchases Monday - Friday within 5 business days. Beginning April 1, 2022 we ship within 5 days for in-stock orders due to overwhelming demand.  

For Standard Ground shipments, most orders are delivered within 7 -10 business days. We also offer 2nd Day or Next Business Day services through FedEx.  If you are interested in next day shipping, please email us with your order number at customercare@eliseandjameshome.com.  

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with FedEx and USPS. If you have any questions about how your item will be shipped, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@eliseandjameshome.com.

How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, Monday-Friday.  Beginning April 1, 2022 we ship within 5 days for in-stock orders due to overwhelming demand.   

Shipping rates for 2nd Day Express and Overnight delivery are calculated based on the weight of your total purchase. 

As closely as possible, the rates we charge for shipping and handling at checkout are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order, and ensure that it meets the highest expectations. If you have any questions or concerns about how shipping and handling fees are calculated on your order, our customer care team will be happy to assist you. Can I save on shipping by picking up at your fulfillment center?

We regret that, due to liability issues, we cannot offer local pick-up from our fulfillment center at this time.
